The Coral Treasure Chest is one of the Container Chests in Sea of Thieves, which is indicated by the shining white glint of Treasure Chests. Coral Treasure Chests can be used to carry and transport smaller Treasure Items. Coral Treasure Chests can be found in Siren Shrines and in the Vault of a Siren Treasury, sometimes empty or containing treasure.
Where to find[]
Coral Treasure Chests can be found from the following sources:
- Chance to find throughout Siren Shrines.
- Chance to find inside the vault of a Siren Treasury after defeating the Treasury Vaultmaster.
Rewards[]
Coral Treasure Chests can be sold to:
- Hoarders stationed at Gold Hoarders tents on Outposts for Gold.
- Merchant Alliance Senior Traders stationed at the docks of Outposts for Gold.
- Madames stationed inside Order of Souls tents on Outposts for Gold.
- The Servant of the Flame at The Reaper’s Hideout for Gold.
- Hunter's Call representatives at any Seapost for Gold.
Notes[]
- Coral Treasure Chests can be found with up to three Artefacts or Bounty Skulls along with Gold.
- Between 50 - 2000 can be retrieved from a single Coral Treasure Chest (not counting the value of contained Treasure).
- Not all Treasure Chests have items or Gold inside and may spawn empty.
- An empty Coral Treasure Chest can store up to three small Treasure Items, such as Artefacts, Bounty Skulls, Coffers, Mermaid Gems, Keys or Treacherous Plunder.
- A Coral Treasure Chest hides the glow and quells the sounds of the Treasure Items inside, however the Chest itself can be seen from far away by a white glint typical to Treasure Chests.
- When a Coral Treasure Chest is picked up or place on a Ship for the first time, crews can gain Emissary Grade for the Chest and its contents.
