The Emerald Mermaid Gem is one of the Mermaid Gems in Sea of Thieves. Mermaid Gems are the cores of Cursed Mermaid Statues found near islands.

Notes

• Picking up and placing Mermaid Gems on a Ship for the first time gives Emissary Grade Reputation to Trading Company Emissaries representing all factions except Athena's Fortune.
• Emerald Mermaid Gems emit a light green Glint from a distance
• Mermaid Gems can be placed inside any Container Chests. These Chests allow Players to carry up to three small Treasure items.
• Mermaid Gems can be caught with a Harpoon.
