The Main Menu is the first thing every player of sees after the title screen when they log-in to the game. There is an array of options to choose from here, as well as a render of your pirate that can be seen on the left.

Contents

The Main Menu is where players can access the following features:

• Discover tab
  • See information about the most recent events, content updates or news.
  • The Pirate Emporium shop.
• Play tab
  • Choose between the two options for Adventure Mode: Adventure or A Pirate's Life.
    • Choose ship and crew type.
    • Access the My Ships section to purchase, manage and sail upon Captained ships.
    • Note: The A Pirate's Life mode is identical to Adventure Mode, with the only difference being that you will initially spawn by the The Castaway's Camp rather than in the tavern.
  • Play the Maiden Voyage tutorial.

  • New Front End Menu – New ways to play provide a host of new options! When you load in to Sea of Thieves, you’ll now be able to choose between The Arena and Adventure.
  • What’s New Section – Want the latest on what’s happening with Sea of Thieves? Make sure you check the What’s New section on the front end menu. This will be regularly updated with advice and feature additions to keep you in the loop.
  • If the game is unable to delete your pirate from the front end settings screen, it will no longer cause an infinite loading screen.
