Official summary[]
The season of the supernatural is here, and that means it’s time to celebrate the Festival of the Damned! This year, the Pirate Lord himself is encouraging crews to dispatch undead threats wherever they may be lurking in exchange for Bilge Rat Favour, with a special reward if the Sea of Thieves’ finest can rally together to smash a staggering score of skeletons.
Actions that upset the undead, such as clearing a Skeleton Fort or destroying a ghostly armada, will earn the Bilge Rats’ Favour while the Event is underway, with extra Favour granted for doing so in an Alliance. Watch out for a Mysterious Note each week, detailing which activities are currently offering extra Favour when accomplished! As you accrue Favour and reach certain thresholds, Wicked Web cosmetic items will be awarded to you for your efforts. Additionally, pirates who complete a short qualifying Challenge can take part in Community Spirit Challenges to annihilate a huge number of skeletons, and will receive even more rewards after the Event ends if the pirates of the Sea of Thieves successfully come together to meet these global goals.

Challenges[]
All challenges may be completed and repeated to earn Favour throughout the event.
During weeks 1-3, one group of challenges will offer extra Favour (x2) when accomplished.
The final week (week 4) will offer a x2 bonus on all challenges.
Fires of the Damned[]
"Collect Flames of Fate from the Ferry and use them to conquer the Fort of the Damned."
