The Jack O' Looter Set consists of cosmetics themed after a mythical menace known as Jack O’ Looter a pirate who was known for playing tricks, at least according to the Jack O' Looter Costume. But in general, the set consists Pumpkin iconography and harvest festival style of theming.
It was released as a part of the Season Four Plunder Pass before being later re-released in the Pirate Emporium.
