Lagoon of Whispers is a small island located within the region of The Shores of Plenty at coordinate D-12.
The island is broken into four small parts, the two largest accommodating vegetation and large boulders. Umbra is stationed here at her Tattoo shop, allowing players to purchase Tattoos from this location, providing they have completed the associated Legends of the Sea Commendations.
