Merchant Manifests are Treasure relating to the Merchant Alliance. They spawn exclusively during Lost Shipment voyages as the final treasure that completes the voyage.
Mechanics[]
Merchant Manifests may be carried or stored in Container Chests. Manifests will emit a white glint from a distance, making them easier to spot. Every manifest can be caught with a Ship's Harpoon.
Crews sailing as Merchant Alliance Emissaries or Reaper's Bones Emissaries can receive Emissary Grade Reputation for picking up and putting Merchant Manifests on their Ship for the first time. Selling Merchant Manifests to either of the two companies as Emissaries provides Emissary Value.
Where to find[]
Merchant Manifests are found exclusively during Lost Shipments voyages. A Manifest will be inside the final Shipwreck, held by the skeletal remains of a Merchant Captain.
NOTE: If the Shipwreck fails to spawn, the Manifest may still spawn on the the surface of the water under the flock of seagulls.

Rewards[]
Merchant Manifests can be cashed in to Merchant Alliance Representatives at any Outpost for Gold and Reputation. Merchant Alliance Emissaries will also receive Emissary Value and an increase to the Gold and Reputation gains depending on Emissary Grade.
Crews can choose to sell Merchant Manifests to the Reaper's Bones Representative at The Reaper's Hideout instead for equal Gold and Emissary Value gains. Merchant Manifests also have various achievable Commendations tied to selling them, offering players additional rewards, such as Titles and Reputation.

When sold, the whole Crew is rewarded with equal amounts of Gold, Reputation and Emissary Value, while Alliance Members will earn half of the Gold and Reputation Gains, but no Emissary Value.
