The Old Sailor's Chest is one of the Container Chests in Sea of Thieves.
Mechanics[]
The Old Sailor's Chest is a Quest Item, acquired as a part of the tutorial Maiden Voyage. The Chest is buried on the Old Sailor’s Isle, and needs to be delivered to the Pirate Lord in order to be unlocked.
Once unlocked, players will be able to acquire all of their remaining Equipment Items and Weapons from inside.
After being unlocked, the Old Sailor's Chest acts identically to other Container Chests, being capable of opened and closed, hauled around and having the ability to hold up to three smaller Transportable Items.
Notes[]
- Appears only during the Maiden Voyage and cannot be carried to The Sea of Thieves.
- The Chest is unique in that it is see-through in some places.
- The only Item that the Chest can carry in the Maiden Voyage is the Old Sailor's Key.
