Trivia[]

  • The Royal Revenge ship set is a reference to the ship, Queen Anne's Revenge, from Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. In the films, it was notably captained by Hector Barbossa who procured the vessel after defeating its previous captain, Blackbeard. The ship's use in the Pirates of the Caribbean films is itself a reference to the real-life historial ship captained by the infamous pirate Edward Teach, aka "Blackbeard".
  • The Royal Revenge Cutlass is a reference to the Sword of Triton, used by both Blackbeard and Barbossa in the Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean films. It was said to have been forged in Atlantis by the sea deity Triton, and could grant unearthly powers to whoever wielded it.
  • The Regular Sails and Figurehead reference Queen Anne's Revenge while it was under the command of Blackbeard before Barbossa claimed it, while the Collector's Figurehead and Sails reference the appearance of the Revenge as the flagship of Barbossa's fleet.
