Trivia[]
- This is the only Cosmetic available for Player Pirates with two peg-legs. A major character with two missing legs is Merrick, the captain of The Killer Whale, who lost both of his legs to the Megalodon called The Hungering One. Merrick’s story is an allusion to the novel Moby Dick written by Herman Melville, where a crazy captain leads a crew of sailors on a revenge-filled hunt for a White Whale that bit off his leg. With the Shrouded Ghost Hunter Costumes it is likely hinted that Player Pirates can become like Merrick and Captain Ahab and seek the elusive, rare and mythical Shrouded Ghost, a white Megalodon as a revenge for the loss of their legs.
