Smugglers' Bay is a large island located within the region of The Shores of Plenty at coordinates F-3.
It has a natural rock formation which creates an arched gate that players must sail through in order to anchor inside the bay.

The island features:
- A Beacon to the north, on the topmost hill.
- A Skeleton Throne (large) on a nearby rock off the north-west beach.
- 3 Ammo Chests
- Up the west hill among a small old camp.
- Atop the island, at the northern lookout plank.
- Low on the east hill, in a small secluded cave.
- 3 Campfires
- Up the west hill, near its top, in an old camp.
- Up the middle hill, in a camp near the cannon.
- Low on the east hill, in a small secluded cave.
- 1 Cannon found up the middle hill, facing south, overlooking the bay.

- When Ships respawn at this island after sinking, the ship will be anchored inside of the bay facing towards the exit.
- Many locations on Smugglers' Bay are named in riddles.
- The bridge over the large archway at the Southern end of the island is known as Smuggler's Bridge.
- The large cave in the center of the island is known as Smuggler's Cavern.
- The pool of water within the large cave is known as Smuggler's Spring.
- The small secluded cave to the East of the island with a campfire is known as the Hermit's Camp.
